About the Role
The Head of Client Management is a senior leadership role responsible for nurturing and growing both our CVM team, and client relationships while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction to CTM clients across all our divisions. The Head of Client Management plays a pivotal role in defining and executing our Client Management strategies, driving revenue growth, and leading our overall divisional Account Management strategies.
We have a diverse client portfolio, and are extremely proud of our client retention rate. We believe this retention is evidence of our amazing Client Management Team.
This role reports to the GM of NSW / ACT, and has a strong connection for national direction of our team via the other Heads of Client management regionally.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in Client Management or related roles of Domestic and International travel
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
- In-depth knowledge of the travel industry and the competitive landscape
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
