SalaryASX listed business looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join the team. This role will focus on Supply Chain and/or Logistics and will be responsible for managing the financial performance of this critical function of the business.
Duties
- Business partner the Operations leadership team
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers and logistics providers
- Lead, coach and mentor a high performing Finance team
- Lead the budget, forecast and month end process
- Build business cases and scenario models, providing recommendations to enable decision makers
- Measure and report against initiative KPIs highlighting key drivers
- Drive process improvement in the finance reporting function
- Drive continuous process improvement, automation and implementation of best in class practices
- CA / CPA Qualified
- 10+ years finance experience
- Management of multi-functional teams
- Large complex logistics / supply chain background
- FMCG / Retail background
- Advanced people leadership skills
- Excellent communication to liaise with a broad audience
- Build strong working relationships
