The Opportunity
They are now seeking a talented and determined Head of Credit and Portfolio Management capable of overseeing the data strategy, credit risk, underwriting, and operational risk of our business. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and developing our Credit and risk policies, ensuring the company's ambitious growth targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage risk management policies, focusing on credit strategies.
- Define key requirements for product design and data capture.
- Build and lead a team for underwriting and risk management.
- Optimize credit strategies and support the CEO in pricing and monitoring accounts.
