The Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior organisational development leader to join our People and Culture team as the Head of Culture & Capability. Reporting into the Group Chief People & Culture Officer, the Head of Culture & Capability is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing culture, talent and development strategies that enhance the overall performance and effectiveness of the organization.

In this exciting role you will lead a team of specialists to design and build programs that enhance the employee experience at all stages of the employee lifecycle, incorporating end to end talent management, organisational design, equity, inclusion and belonging, capability development, and Culture and engagement. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the following critical duties and responsibilities: Organisational Development

- Collaborate with senior leaders to align organisational objectives with workforce capabilities, identify change opportunities, manage strategic projects, and provide oversight for change management activations to achieve project and strategic goals. Employee Lifecycle Management

- Design, implement, and evaluate agile Talent Management strategies, strategic workforce planning, performance management enhancements, and oversee the cross-brand traineeship program, maximizing partnerships for organisational growth and development. Culture & Engagement

- Research, define, and implement comprehensive Culture and engagement strategies to enhance employee experience and retention, oversee surveys and diagnostics to drive strategic decisions, assess engagement metrics, provide strategic advice to align action planning with employee feedback, and develop recognition frameworks and inclusion strategies to attract, motivate, and retain talent. - Lead the strategic realignment of vision, values, and Employee Value Proposition to reinforce our culture, engagement strategy, and position as an employer of choice, continuously evolving to resonate with a diverse workforce and drive excellence. Strategic Collaboration

- Establish strategic partnerships, providing L&OD advice to support strategic objectives, and lead due diligence and implementation for CFL acquisitions, focusing on people-related activities. Leadership and Capability Development

- Lead the comprehensive design, development, and implementation of leadership development programs aligned with organisational strategy, including frameworks and coaching for CFL teams, while identifying and bridging capability gaps to meet business needs. Learning and Development

- Harness local and global talent development practices, ensure compliance of learning curriculums, and manage budget allocations for organisational capability and succession planning aligned with long-term business strategy. Why work for Collins Foods?

About You To excel in this role, you will embody the following traits and qualifications:

Minimum 10 years HR experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles, preferably with a large, multi-national and/or ASX listed organisation; Degree qualifications in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields, along with relevant professional accreditations such as CAHRI or MAHRI, complemented by project or change management accreditation. Proven leadership, consultation, negotiation, and advocacy skills with high levels of commercial and business acumen and a track record of positively influencing Boards, executive teams, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated knowledge of and experience delivering change management methodologies and best practice. Exceptional communication and strong facilitation skills, with demonstrated experience facilitating training, coaching and mentoring to various stakeholders. Demonstrated experience managing workforce engagement surveys, culture diagnostics and leveraging data to drive insight and inform strategic decisions.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills, with a track record of building and leading high performing teams. Demonstrated experience leading and overseeing projects and/or programs, ensuring initiatives are delivered in accordance with agreed scope, are delivered on time, within budget, mitigating risks and issues to the organisation. Demonstrated experience designing human resources programs to optimize performance, achieve business objectives and retain an engaged, diverse, and capable team.
