Your RoleAs a Relationship Manager at Harmony Burleigh Heads, you will be the first point of contact for our families over the phone and in person. Your warm, friendly, and approachable nature will ensure you are always able to provide support.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Organising the administrative functions to achieve high functioning office environment within the Harmony centre.
• Attending to parent queries and answering the phone
• Capturing and processing data/new enrolments via appropriate software
• Managing account queries and the wait list
• Scheduling tours and managing service calendar
• Providing support to Director/Nominated supervisor

Harmony Burleigh Heads is a 111 place centre, located minutes from the beach and is spread across three floors.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Demonstrate

• Significant experience with Microsoft Office Suite, OWNA and general computer skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills along with an optimistic attitude to work.
• Exceptional organisational skills to be able to work efficiently and in a systematic manner.
• Applicants must have/be eligible to obtain a blue card for child related employment prior to commencement.
• Qualification in early childhood education
