HEAD OF CUSTOMER SUPPLY CHAIN

What will you be doing?

We have an opportunity to shine in this leadership role of Head of Customer Supply Chain, where you will drive the end-to-end Supply Chain relationship with our major customers, maintain and manage service levels, and align KPIs and strategic initiatives to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.

Here at CCEP, we are a customer focused organisation, therefore, this role is pivotal in managing the relationships and collaboration with our sales and customer teams in order to drive performance.  

  • Lead and own the Customer Service related KPIs and advocate for customer requirements while balancing CCEP costs and impacts.
  • Develop and role model a culture of performance, leading the Customer Supply Chain – comprised of the Vendor Replenishment Planners and Customer Supply Chain Managers. Provide vision, direction, support and coaching ensuring the team safely maximise their individual and team performance.
  • Lead and manage communication with both Customers and Sales teams on risk and opportunities to service and sales for both long and short term horizons. This will also include executive level communication internally at CCEP as well as external to Customer Executive teams and industry bodies (such as the AFGC) at times.
  • Oversee the Customer Supply JBP (joint business plan) process with our major suppliers and ensure Customer Supply Chain teams are delivering against initiative and goals.
  • Proactively manage any customer concerns and enquiries for the aligned customer portfolio at pace with internal stakeholders.
  • Advocate for customer requirements through the Supply Chain with Supply Chain Leadership teams and various stakeholders – customer delivery conformance, packaging requirements and stock builds.
  • Be a critical part of the Planning Leadership team – educating the planners about our customers and helping drive the customer centric culture throughout planning.

What are we looking for?

  • An inclusive and compassionate leader who will foster positive team culture.
  • Previous FMCG / Supply Chain / Operations / Sales Leadership role, ideally with retail customer relationship experience.
  • Strong understanding of planning, replenishment and logistics processes
  • Proven ability to influence and be an effective leader, communicator and facilitator.
  • Proven experience in delivering business outcomes and commercial results.
  • Experienced in influencing senior internal and external decision makers and comfortable in dealing with senior executive teams.
  • Advanced knowledge and skills in MS Office in particular highly developed skills in PowerPoint presentations.
