- Plan and organise the allocation of resources to ensure projects and BAU activities are delivered within timelines and SLAs.
- Monitor resource utilisation and adjust allocations as necessary to meet evolving business needs.
- Establish broad and deep relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
- Proactively engage stakeholders to identify data pain points, priorities, and strategies for improvement.
- Oversee the delivery of all data and analytics projects across the portfolio.
- Ensure projects are aligned with strategic objectives and deliver desired outcomes.
- Establish and implement an effective data governance framework, policies, tools, and procedures spanning the full data lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop a roadmap for BI and analytics to deliver richer insights and support decision making.
- Identify technology solutions and platforms to enable effective delivery of the BI strategy.
- Architect and implement technology solutions to support the BI strategy.
- Leverage data warehousing, data lakes, AI, and shop floor integration to optimise data management and analytics processes.
- Keep abreast of Data industry trends and advancements.
- Incorporate relevant innovations into organizational strategies and practices.
- Provide oversight and guidance in the development and implementation of a master data strategy.
- Ensure processes and ownership are embedded to maintain high-quality master data.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure services delivered align with service level and financial objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend fit-for-purpose technology tools to support master data management across the organisation.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in leading IT Master Data and Business Intelligence functions, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects and initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of Data management principles, including data governance, data quality, and master data management.
- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and implementing technology solutions for BI and analytics, including data warehousing and AI.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to establish rapport and build consensus across diverse groups.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies in the field of Data management and analytics.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
