Head of Delivery

COMPANY BACKGROUND
This renowned wealth management firm have gone from strength to strength and are looking for a Head of Delivery to scale the team and manage a number of upcoming key projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a number of key upcoming and in-flight projects
• Help continually drive and mature agile delivery methodologies
• Managed an experienced, embedded team through a period of change
• Use your deep expertise within Financial Services to partner with senior stakeholders
• Ensure project team are able to consistently hit delivery targets

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will need to be an experienced Head of Delivery/PMO/Transformation within financial services. Wealth management experience would be helpful but a background within a Fintech, Super, Institutional Banking or similar sector would also be suitable. With excellent communication skills, you will have the gravitas to work with senior, strong-minded stakeholders and have demonstrated experience implementing and maturing agile ways of working. Additionally, you will be an experienced people manager with a strong EQ.
