KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assessing & educating yourself on the financial circumstances of a potential borrower
* Researching the market to determine/source the mortgage product most suitable for the borrower/client
* Assisting the client with obtaining pre-approval for a mortgage loan, and assisting with their paperwork throughout the process
* Collecting all relevant documentation - think payslips, bank statements etc.
* Give sound advice to clients to ensure the best possible outcome for their financial future
* Stay up to date with industry news, regulations & best practices
* Develop relationships with relevant parties & lending institutions
* Conform to all banking and financial legislation and regulations
ABOUT YOU
* 2+ years' Mortgage Brokerage & Sales Experience
* Must have a genuine passion for property and finance!
* Consultative selling approach - you must have the ability to build genuine relationships
* Ambitious - you must be motivated to move up in the world
* Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking
* Current Driver's License and ownership of your own reliable car (some leads will be in-home meetings!)
