This services business is backed by a highly regarded private equity firm which is supporting a growth agenda combining M&A, bolt-on acquisitions and organic sales. The business operates across several business lines, is growing steadily and offers a dynamic, energetic growth culture.
Due to a positive restructure an opportunity exists for a strong Head of FP&A to lead the finance business partnering team. You will be responsible for a team of 4 business partners – ensure deep engagement with operations and focused on the different business lines. Your remit is to refine and develop, people, processes and systems. The implementation of dashboards and scorecards - to implement a best-in-class FP&A infrastructure encompassing reporting, budgeting and the commercial insight needed for the board and executives to underpin short, medium and long-term decision making. This is a genuine opportunity to make an impact and cement yourself as 2iC to the CFO with a view to succession in 2-3 years.
You are an energetic, strong, experienced FP&A leader with a focus on commercial and adding value to business operations. Helping to identify opportunities that genuinely impact and improve operations through active business partnering. You are an experienced manager with a tangible development focus. You strive for and demonstrate high performance in your career through driving discipline, purpose, collaboration, knowledge sharing and business partnering. You lead from the front, are hands-on (so can build processes) but equally enjoy working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, including the CEO and executive team.
