Are you a Finance professional looking to make a significant impact in a vibrant community?

We have an exciting new opportunity to join Council as it experiences significant growth, expanding on our team of high-performing finance professionals. We are on the lookout for a dynamic and supportive finance manager to lead our newly established Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. As the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you’ll be central in not only overseeing financial systems, budgets and reporting but also driving strategic initiatives and fostering innovation within the FP&A function. The role provides opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders across Council and our diverse business enterprises, including the Shell Cove Marina, Shellharbour Airport & The Links Shell Cove golf course and tavern.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the financial landscape of Council through strategic thinking and advisory, and support Councils long-term financial sustainability.

  • Permanent full time, 35 hours per week with access to flexi-time
  • Commencing salary range from $122,365.36 - $135,100.16 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience) 
  • 11% superannuation

  • Access to local government benefits such as; LSL after five years, three weeks sick leave per annum, Fitness Passport, Provident Fund activities etc.
