Group Financial Planning And Analysis Manager

Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia offers experience-based holidays in spectacular wilderness locations, including Ayers Rock Resort in the iconic Red Centre and tourism facilities in Mossman Gorge, located in tropical Queensland.

This role is located at our office in Sydney, which serves as a central hub, providing support to our operational teams based in our two locations.

We are seeking a CPA or equivalent qualified accounting professional with an eye for detail and strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills to join our Finance Team as Group Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. This role will see you improve the quality, timeliness and awareness around business performance and outlook to improve the quality of associated decision-making at strategic and operational levels across the business.

Key duties:

• Developing financial and strategic plans, working closely with the leadership team
• Modelling scenarios and developing business cases to support investments and other business decisions
• Business owner of BI tools ensuring data integrity, appropriate integration between systems, efficient business use and continuous improvement

To be successful for this role you will have:

• 10+ years in Finance roles with relevant associated responsibilities
• CPA or equivalent accounting professional qualification
• Experience managing and designing business intelligence tools. (Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI and Workday planning would be beneficial)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to present insights in a clear fashion to both financial and non-financial educated stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills to interact and manage with a large variety of business-wide stakeholder
