As our Head of Gaming Product Development, reporting to the Group Chief Customer & Product Officer, you will lead the Product Development lifecycle process, planning product research, innovation initiatives and project management capabilities for gaming aspects of large strategic and/or group-wide programmes.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will develop the gaming strategic product and operational roadmap, provide exceptional support to the leadership team in the Central Gaming Unit (CGU), the Chief Customer and Product Officer and the operational leadership teams in each of our venues.
A few of your responsibilities
Investigate and assess new gaming related and/or gaming emerging technologies, and their potential for application to The Star Entertainment Group
Support category leads to develop annual Gaming Product plans and strategic gaming plans
Manages CGU workflows, including procurement, inventory, risk, compliance, controls, budget and quality management for strategic projects
Manage the compliance related Product Development processes and work closely with the line 2 risk, compliance and controls teams to bring new products to market
Group lead for the functional design of Gaming FF&E and key Gaming Product in conjunction with category leads and designers
Leverage extensive industry and market knowledge to negotiate with suppliers and business stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for the business
What we are looking for
Proven track record of success in leading Gaming Product and development initiatives within the casino or gaming industry
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product plans
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders around a shared product vision
You are a dynamic individual who is passionate about implementing strategic development and enhancement of Gaming Products, as well as leading a team of talented professionals to ensure the delivery of innovative and high-quality gaming experiences for our guests.
