As the Head of Influencer Marketing, you will be a valuable member of the Athlete and Partnerships team at EHPLABS. You will play a critical role in developing and leading strategy, campaign execution and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading a team of Senior Athlete Executives. Your strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering top-notch brand collaborations. You will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our collaboration strategies, influence business decisions, and foster a culture of excellence driving performance and revenue through brand collaborations. You will be a key stakeholder driving global awareness and uplift for our brands across the various channels (ie, e-comm, Amazon and wholesale).
The role will report to the Global Director of Marketing and will have (3) Senior Executive direct reports to help manage the program. The position will provide you with an opportunity to work cross-functionally alongside key marketing teams within an accelerated brand while prioritising the growth and success of the Athlete Partnerships Program.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key Athletes, ensuring they meet the businesses objectives and needs.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across the US, CA, UK, AU & NZ.
- Lead a team of Senior Athlete Executives and manage KPIs, whilst providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering professional development.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to Athletes.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance, revenue forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and Athlete.
- Handle escalated issues and concerns, working to find timely and effective resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and continuously improve account management processes.
- Budget management for Athlete and Partnerships Team, must work with the Campaign Manager to establish, track, and ensure adherence to budgets, launch schedules, campaigns, and marketing objectives.
About you:
- 5 years of experience in account management at a senior level
- Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets and driving performance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and commercial negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker and ability to identity and capitalise on business opportunities
- Proficient in using CRM software and other tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges / roadblocks
