We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Learning Design and Delivery to lead the creation of a Centre for Leadership and Learning within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, delivering, evaluating, and evolving our learning and development portfolio to create a world-class learning experience for our employees.

You have a track record of leading a learning function within a time of transformation and a fast-paced multi-site environment. You have extensive experience leading the vision and strategy for learning, developing roadmaps, and executing multiple projects and/or programs simultaneously. You are a systems thinker and a strong leader who inspires your team from the front. About the role:
As a senior leader and key member of the People and Culture Leadership Team, you will be responsible for transforming the Learning and Development portfolio at InvoCare. You will build the capability to support strategic priorities and key moments of the employment journey. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Transformation of Learning and Development:
- Develop and implement a strategy to transform the Learning and Development portfolio.
- Align learning initiatives with strategic priorities and key moments of the employment journey.
Building Capability:
- Build a high-performing team to support the Learning and Development transformation.
- Develop and implement programs to build capability across the organization.
Creating a Centre for Leadership and Learning and Development:
- Establish the Centre for Leadership and Learning and Development.
- Design and implement programs to develop leadership capability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience working in a national multi-site, compliance-focused environment preferred.
- Track record in managing and developing a high-performing team of Learning professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning to drive excellence in Learning Design and Delivery
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful learning and leadership development programs.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
