THE ROLE:
In this position, you will drive the organisation's Leadership and Learning Curriculum from start to finish, collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team and managers to design and deliver workshops and learning opportunities across all levels. You are responsible for implementing leadership development programs that adapt to evolving business needs, including team effectiveness initiatives and Lunch and Learns. You will strategically plan and oversee the Learning and Development budget while developing & enhancing talent management processes and foster talent pipeline growth through tailored plans and programs. There is a leadership coaching element to this role to enhance skills in people and change leadership, communication, and influence. Changes will need to be made to the organization's Future-fit capability framework as well as driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts. Manage the employee engagement survey, supporting teams in interpreting results and crafting actionable plans.
THE CRITERIA:
You will be degree qualified with a professional services background within a corporate environment. You will also have strong culture and leadership experience with the ability to influence key stakeholders. You must be pragmatic with a 'role up your sleeves' attitude. The ideal candidates a forward thinking, driven & creative individual who will have worked as an OD Lead within a medium size organisation.
