Position DetailsMandurah Catholic College is seeking a passionate educational leader, with the demonstrated ability to manage a Learning Support team and lead a coordinated approach for students with learning needs, to fill the position of Head of Learning Support Secondary (Years 7 to 12) for Term 2.
The Head of Learning Support Secondary is responsible for ensuring that the unique needs of students who require additional support for learning (including learning extension) are met, as well as enhancing the capacity of classroom teachers to differentiate and adjust the curriculum, particularly in the areas of literacy and numeracy, to meet the needs of students. The Head of Learning Support Secondary will also provide leadership to and manage a Learning Support team of Teacher Assistants in the Secondary School.
