- Develop, and drive the implementation of customer-centric online and offline marketing campaigns
- Translate marketing strategy into an annual marketing plan and build go-to-market systems and processes to deliver.
- Devise and support brand strategies and strengthen our brands awareness and positioning in ANZ market
- Oversee development of product and proposition strategy, new proposition and product development and go to market. Ensure product lifecycle management is in place to optimize customer offer, efficient product management and speed to market.
- Accountable for brand health and strategy development to drive optimization of brand funnel from awareness to customer advocacy.
- Oversee key marketing projects and initiatives
- Analyze the performance marketing activities, generate reports and drive improvements throughout the marketing team
- Collaborate with headquarter to finetune the marketing strategy for ANZ market.
- Provide leadership and direction to the team by establishing goals, developing guidelines, and strategies and creating an internal best practice.
- Mentor and develop team members including professional development through exposure to new experiences and structured learning as appropriate. With team members, develop career development plans and ensure clear succession plans are in place.
- Over 10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, NPD within the FMCG industry
- Strong team management skills
