What You’ll Do:

1. Shape the Future:

Leadership and Strategy: This is your canvas. Develop and optimise our marketing department, aligning it with our business direction, brand strategies, and product realisation. Inspire the creation of high-quality marketing content across various channels and formats.

2. Drive Innovation:

Brand Marketing and Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate innovative marketing solutions. From products to services and customer experiences, you’ll be at the forefront of our brand evolution. Cultivate a robust marketing-innovation ecosystem, both internally and externally.

3. Embrace Technology:

Digital Technology and Transformation: Passionate about cutting-edge marketing technologies? We want to hear from you! Implement new processes, embrace new ideas, fostering an agile mindset and start up mindset.

4. Put Customers First:

Customer-Centric Approach: Engage directly with our customers, both existing and new. Reach out and talk to people! Understand deeply who our customers are and how we are best to connect with them and excite them.

5. Lead Generation:

Using our CRM and technology solutions to generate leads: Using multiple technologies to engage, capture and transfer lead generation to our sales team.  Evaluate and enhance our data-driven insights.

6. Strategic Communications:

Creator of engaging and powerful messaging: using language to communicate and transform ideas into impactful, authentic marketing messages.
