Danford College is a Registered Training Provider and a CRICOS Provider for overseas students.
The College seeks a dynamic Head ofMarketing to actively manage and drive the marketing team to recruit overseas students and prospect new education agents for marketing and recruiting international students both onshore and offshore.
Key responsibilities:
- Copy writing, proof reading, editing publications, advertisements, and direct marketing materials.
- Ensure the College image, brand and standards are maintained
- Ensuring all necessary documentation is produced and managed in accordance with procedure and complying with ESOS Act 2000, SRTO 2015 and National Code 2018
- Develop, implement and manage marketing and recruitment plans for the designated overseas and domestic market. Contribute to the development of new strategies to attract international students to the college
- Represent the college at overseas and local recruitment fairs, exhibitions, agent interview programs and other forums/promotions.
- Meet sales target for monthly intakes of the college
- Assist in the production of effective publications for prospective students by developing, maintain and improving web-based marketing including the colleges website
- Organise visits to the college by international visitors and/or agents in relation to the recruitment of students;
- Working closely with the General Manager/CEO to devise an effective marketing strategy.
- Recruitment, selection and recommendation of new members of the marketing team.
- Ensuring staffing levels are maintained in order to complete all aspects of the company’s marketing strategy.
- Working closely with other managers on company projects.
- Completing various marketing projects at the request of senior managers.
- Prepare monthly report and present during monthly management meeting
- Carrying out competitor analysis to ensure the company’s marketing strategy is competing effectively.
- All aspects of daily management for the Marketing Department.
- Conduct daily meeting/chat with the marketing team
- Responsible of making the college viable and profitable
- Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
The incumbent should have a strong track record in marketing, preferably in an educational environment, is a good communicator in both written and oral form, and has an eye for detail with a strong confident and professional manner.

- Minimum work experience 2 years (Training will be provided)
