SalaryKPMG is seeking a passionate, self-directed leader to support the growth and direction of the Brand & Marketing organisation. This is a unique opportunity to play a strategic role in supporting our marketing function and the firm's direction and growth.
Your Opportunity
Leading the Marketing Operations team in Brand & Marketing, this role will be key in enabling the team to deliver value, increase productivity and improve profitability.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and improved marketing spend, influencing strategy. You'll plan, track and reconcile budgets, and set team KPIs, tracking and measuring to optimise performance. You'll identify and drive strategic projects that improve the application of data and digital to deliver efficiencies within the team, and manage the day-to-day administrative processes for the organisation. You'll collaborate and influence operational professionals across the firm, including finance, operations and HR. You will own and manage workflow process governance and optimisation across the marketing function, and work closely with the Brand & Marketing leadership team to drive marketing compliance, implement new directives and initiatives, and report on performance.

You are an expert in Marketing Operations and have supported marketing functions for more than 10 years, with demonstrated success in implementing marketing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

- Proven experience in management of Marketing budgets, agency management and tendering, setting of Marketing KPIs across the funnel, and lead management.
- Strong knowledge of digital strategy, data management, marketing technology and tools.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with software and tools such as Adobe, Power BI, Wrike (or similar project management tool)
- Experience in matrix organisations preferred but not essential
