About the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Operations to join the InstantScripts leadership team. In this newly created role, the successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager and play a pivotal role in developing the operational capability of the team to enable InstantScripts to scale while exceeding customer satisfaction. Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing the operations strategy for InstantScripts, seeking endorsement from the General Manager
- Managing both the operations and doctor teams by ensuring clear accountabilities, roster management, demand planning and performance
- Ensuring the support function continues to drives customer advocacy and that InstantScripts are the product of choice
- Managing the product development process to ensure the continued rollout of new products consistently
- Identifying, pursuing and executing strategic partnerships with complementary service providers
To excel in this role, you would have demonstrated a successful track record in a similar position, ideally in a commercial or a pharmaceutical environment with an understanding of the Australian healthcare landscape a bonus. You are an ambitious and natural leader with extensive experience in business management or strategy consulting and able to develop and influence others through your excellent verbal and written communication. Other attributes and experiences that will make you succeed include:
- Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and with excellent time management skills
- Working knowledge of digital suite across Google, Microsoft, Slack, Jira, Confluence (highly desirable)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
