We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join the team as the Head of People and Culture.
Reporting directly to the General Manager of Corporate Services, the Head of People and Culture will assume a pivotal leadership role in driving strategic and operational excellence across RAQ's people management functions, encompassing Human Resources, Talent, and Diversity. The role oversees all aspects of operational management within the People and Culture function, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with legislation and organisational policies. Importantly, it provides strong leadership to the People and Culture team, driving employee development and engagement through capability-building initiatives.
We anticipate that your extensive senior leadership experience will be underpinned by a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of contemporary HR practices, employment legislation, and sector trends as well as a demonstrated ability to drive organisational change and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration will be required.
