G.J. Gardner Homes is recruiting a National Head of People & Culture Your new company Join the largest franchise builder in Australia and New Zealand as the Head of People & Culture. G.J. Gardner Homes have gone from strength to strength in recent times and are seeking a senior leader to oversee effective human resource management and learning and development across the business. You will foster senior leadership across the broader business to ensure the continued success of the G.J. Gardner Homes group. Your new role As the Head of People and Culture, you will be responsible for:
Leading the Learning and Development strategy across the franchise network
Creation and management of learning and development strategies and practices across the business to ensure high engagement, including but not limited to onboarding, skills and needs assessment, accreditation.
Development of staff within the Franchisor Team to align with current and future needs of the franchise
Management of human resources including providing structures, policies, and support for the Franchisor Team to align with present and forthcoming franchise requirements
Oversee and management of recruitment matters within the Human Resources team
Articulating and imbedding systems to nurture the G.J. Gardner Homes culture across the team and network.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this opportunity, you will require:
Tertiary qualifications within Human Resources or related disciplines
Minimum of 10 years' experience at senior Learning and Development Manager level or similar
Proven working background at a strategic operational level
Experience of franchising or within a similar business model is a distinct advantage
Industry knowledge within the building or construction sector would be highly desirable.
