About the Role and You
Based in Brisbane, Queensland and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role oversees all aspects of human resources within the organisation, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and compliance. This Head of People and Culture role will be fundamental in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that align with Adcorp’s goals and objectives, whilst simultaneously looking forward and anticipating future organisational needs to develop medium- to long-term HR strategies.
Key to this role will be driving the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent, whilst promoting a compelling EVP. You will implement effective onboarding programs and develop strategies for talent retention and career development. As Head of People and Culture, you will partner with the National Sector Heads and Head of Solutions Delivery to provide guidance and support on ER issues, compliance, frameworks, policies and procedures.
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive who is highly creative and innovative, with extensive knowledge in contemporary HR practices, relevant legislation and regulatory and professional standards. Working at pace, you will possess a dynamic, adaptable and agile approach to HR partnering, with exemplary stakeholder engagement skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of driving organisational change and fostering a positive workplace culture.
