The role of Head of People & Culture is the critical enabler to ensure this flows through to every part of the organisation.Key areas of focus for the People & Culture team in 2024 include;

• Review talent & engagement processes,
• and create a best in class employee experience.

The successful candidate will have leadership experience. You'll be known as an outstanding people leader who constructively coaches to bring the best of everyone. You'll be a generalist who has excellent foundations across all aspects of HR, but your passion will be talent and talent acquisition.
