People and Culture leader who can play a critical role in our continued success and growth. The role is based at our HQ in Glen Iris and reports to the CEO and is a member of the leadership team.
About the rolePivotal to the success of the BOUNCE’s culture, the role's purpose is to lead
People and Culture for BOUNCE through smart people practice and processes that engage, challenge, and energise the HQ team and an army of staff across its venues nationally.Spanning the entire employment lifecycle while ensuring that all P&C systems and processes are anticipatory, responsive and tailored to the needs of BOUNCE.
Specific responsibilities:- Collaborate with leadership team to ensure brand and customer experience intent is lived, breathed and systemised
- Implementation of HR related systems to streamline and make people processes more effective
- P&C framework and planning
- Recruitment
- Talent development
- A key role in brand and Culture programs including employee engagement
- Performance management
- Reward and recognition
- Employee Relations and OHS
- Manage, coach and mentor the People & Culture team
About youAs a proactive and resourceful HR generalist, you will combine the needs of our people with the operational realities of a thriving, entrepreneurial business.You have run the P&C function at a multi-site consumer facing business and are looking to step up to lead the function in a growing and Purpose orientated Brand.
Skills and experience- Degree qualified with demonstratable HR experience on the journey of scale and growth in a dynamic, fast-paced and growing commercial company
- Experienced ideally in multi-site consumer facing industries
- Excellent communicator and influencer
- Dependable source of ER advice and support
- Proven capability in Learning & Development
- Understanding of People concepts and systems and are a proven leader and coach
- Successfully lead targeted recruitment campaigns and brought talent management and engagement strategies to life
