A bit about the person we’re looking for:
- A critical thinker, with the ability to understand and translate KFC (and P&C) vision into a compelling and pragmatic delivery plan, to unlock the power of our team, and drive impact on experience.
- Capabilities in experience design / human centred design, connecting our team journey into our customer experience and building a culture of customer centricity.
- Understanding and experience in leveraging technology, automation or process design to enable Meaningful Work.
- Problem solutioning skills, designing to meet our team and customer needs through people, process and technology.
- Ability to take concept and framework in practical and meaningful delivery, managing stakeholder buy in and ensuring business impact.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders on strategic, complex decision-making.
- Commercial focus and understanding, driving solutions that meet business objectives and deliver business benefits.
- People enablement – ability to empower individuals towards a common goal, driving clarity and accountability.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get it done – everyone in the team works together and this is a ‘get things done’ role as much as it is a leadership role!
- Culture leadership demonstrating tenacity, heart led collaboration and the ability to adapt to new concepts and ways of working.
- Belief in our brand and restaurants - cares about delivering to make the KFC experience as amazing as our fried chicken.

- Working collaboratively and cross functionally to deliver P&C and business initiatives.
- Taking the lead on strategic frameworks and designing programs of work and deliverables aligned to our growth goals and experience mission.
- Working across a broad range of stakeholders, whether that be our SOPAC team, our franchisees, restaurant teams or Global teams across Yum! to ensure we deliver the best for our brand.
- Getting out into our restaurants, meeting our teams and truly understanding where and how we can make a difference to them, enabling them to make a difference for our customers!
