Sydney Children's Hospitals Foundation (SCHF), in partnership with Lindauer, is seeking a Head of Principal Gifts to lead a groundbreaking Principal Gifts program.
In this key position, you will take on a central role in shaping the future of SCHF's fundraising endeavors, ensuring the foundation has the right strategies to propel its mission forward. At the heart of this role is the responsibility to identify, cultivate, and steward major donors capable of making transformative contributions, with a primary focus on gifts exceeding one million dollars.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 30–50 prospects, focusing on qualification, engagement, and stewardship through the full life cycle of giving and renewal.
- Collaborate with SCHF and hospital leadership, clinicians, and researchers to develop and implement strategies for Principal Gifts.
- Develop and lead a volunteer leadership group committed to advancing SCHF's fundraising initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including academics, institutional leaders, and volunteer leaders.
- Ensure equality and diversity are celebrated and considered in all decision-making.
Qualification:
- Extensive track record in securing one million dollar-plus gifts.
- Proficient in Principal Gifts fundraising best practices.
- Skilled in engagement and stewardship for major gifts.
- Experienced in managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, adept at establishing protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet demanding deadlines.
Benefits:
Salary range for this position is $200,000 to $220,000 AUD.
