ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and innovative individual to join our Menswear team as Head of Product for Wovens & Knits. This role forms part of the Menswear leadership team along with Head of Planning and Trend Director and will enable the Cotton On vision for Menswear, setting product and brand strategy that translates into Big Ideas and key lifestyle items that align to our Brand DNA delivering growth across all channels. You will be responsible for coaching your team and aligning categories to evolve the menswear range and identifying growth opportunities that meets both customer and commercial needs. You will champion leadership, inspire creativity, provide unwavering support, and foster the professional development of your team members throughout the entire People Lifecycle, fostering a culture of growth and succession. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Extensive experience and proven success in a similar 'Head of' Trend/Product role; developing and leading product strategies that deliver commercial outcomes
- The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
- Proven high level of commercial negotiation skills
- Demonstrate a growth mindset and proven collaborative style of Leadership.
- Proven communication skills with the ability to drive and influence cultural change through best practice and delivering results
- Demonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions
- Demonstrated high level organisation, project management and planning skills
- Established leadership skills to develop and support the team to delivery brand strategy outcomes
- Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
