Role Purpose: Orchestrate the McPhersons Transformation Journey
Key Accountabilities:
- Define and maintain a portfolio of Projects and initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic transformation objectives.
- Establish and enforce Project Management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Monitor the overall health and performance of the project portfolio.
- Assist project managers in creating project plans, schedules, and budgets while provide guidance and support during project execution.
- Identify and assess project risks and issues to develop risk mitigation and issue resolution strategies.
- Provide training and development opportunities for project managers and team members.
- Engage with senior management and key stakeholders to align project activities with strategic goals.
