- May have to manage a small portfolio from time to time
- Weekly meetings
- KPI Meetings
- Conflict resolution
- Management Authority Renewals
- Software program management
- Procedure updates and creation of templates
- Overflow trust accounting
- Experience in Property Management as a Senior/Team Leader or Department Head
- Excellent computer skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service to owners and tenants
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Real estate registration essential
