The opportunity
We are on the lookout for a Personal Assistant to become an integral part of our Property Management team, providing administrative support to our Head of Property Management.
The role includes, but isn't limited to -
- Provide administrative support and assistance to the Head of Property Management.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Client & supplier liaison.
- Prepare KPI information & reports.
- Scheduling & coordination of Property works.
- Preparation of new management packages.

Skills & experience

- Self-motivated & a strong willingness to learn.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office suite.
