Whilst property management experience is advantageous, we are open to individuals who have transferable skills and a willingness to learn. Your duties will include:
- New Tenancy Preparation;
- Conducting home opens;
- Ad hoc administration tasks for the Property Management team;
- Organising maintenance as requested;
- Processing tenancy applications;
- Attend final bond inspections as required;
- Advertising properties on VaultRE;
- Updating property condition reports;
- Lease agreement preparation for new and existing tenants;
- Tenant Relations: Assist in handling tenant enquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner;
- Routine inspection assistance;
- Administrative tasks: Maintain property records and filing systems; and Prepare reports, correspondence and other documents as requested.
To succeed in this role you'll have…
- A Certificate of Registration and/or Real Estate Licence (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
- Previous Real Estate experience (advantageous but not essential);
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High levels of professionalism;
- The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
- Intermediate computer and digital literacy;
- A valid drivers licence; and
- A reliable motor vehicle.
