Pacific Pines SHS is seeking a dynamic educational leader to join our team as Head of School.
About the Role
As the Head of School, key responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and promotes student wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with the principal and business manager to deliver effective day to day management of a large secondary school.
- Lead dynamic Deputy Principal and Head of Department teams, with year level and whole school responsibilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to empower leaders to deliver on the strategic plan.
- Create a genuinely shared vision.
- Manage the complexity of 3 phases and their faculties, within a large secondary setting.
