Head Of Supply Chain

Job Description:
The Head of Supply Chain is responsible for the end-to-end Supply Chain for Likewize, managing and continuously improving the evolution of all lines of business across the Company.
This role is accountable for demand and supply planning including inventory management across all categories and accounts. This is a business critical role, applying tactical deployments helping the Company convert the strategic and long-term direction of the company into medium term plans & business relevant goals and activities.
The role has direct reports, and is expected to provide leadership, management and development opportunities to the current team. In addition, this role will be responsible for supporting cross functional collaboration within the broader Sales, Accessories and Product teams.
Strong relationships will be key to success in the role. These relationships will encompass all stakeholder groups both internal to Likewize and external Key Accounts. The role requires a “can do” attitude and the ability to work comfortably in an environment where priorities can change frequently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, publish and own Supply Chain Metrics
- Manage process documentation, work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Manage and continuously improve S&OP for Likewize key accounts
- Partner with vendors to ensure KPIs are achieved
- Provision inventory management strategies and cost reduction opportunities for the business
- Work collaboratively with Sales to ensure optimum inventory levels, plan for promotional activities and launch of new products
- Continue to evolve and improve forecasting and Supply Chain methods in line with industry best practice
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years Supply Chain leadership experience
- CSCP industry accreditation (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience developing & executing best-in-class Supply Chain strategy
- Strong telco industry experience & knowledge
- Success in managing optimised inventory & cost saving initiatives
- Project Management experience (desirable)
