About the role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer you will play an instrumental role in leading and driving recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, developing and implementing effective talent acquisition plans, sourcing and attracting great candidates, and building strong talent pipelines to ensure the business has the retained talent it needs to deliver its growth aspirations.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to –
- Developing and implementing a Talent Strategy that includes proactive talent pools and one that provides a high quality candidate experiences
- Build and lead a compelling Diversity and Inclusion strategy
- Build and lead a compelling Employer Brand strategy
- Lead and coach a team of Talent Acquisition Business Partners
- Analyse and report on performance and KPIs such as time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and candidate and manager satisfaction
- Work with hiring managers and the wider People and Culture team to understand and map workforce plans and talent requirements for the business
- Consult and coach hiring managers regarding recruitment and selection best practice and provide training to key stakeholders where required
- Collate and share key recruitment statistics and insights to guide the organisation to continue improving candidate attraction and conversion strategies and enhance our EVP
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the culture and values to potential candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, including colleges, schools, careers expos and other talent acquisition channels
- Support key project initiatives as directed by your Manager
- A qualification in Human Resource Management desirable
- Extensive Leadership experience within a Talent function
- Project Management experience
- Experience managing performance
- Ability to work autonomously
