Christway College – Wyndham is currently seeking applicants for a full-time Head of Teaching, Learning and Curriculum.

This position is ongoing and the start date is negotiable. We welcome and encourage experienced teachers to apply.

·       three referees are required to be listed, including one church reference demonstrating an active Christian faith

·       ability to act and lead in a Godly manner which reflects the College’s mission

·       your capacity to oversee and develop staff, pedagogy and Curriculum

·       any previous experience regarding teaching in a Christian context

·       your pastoral heart for student welfare, community connectivity and partnership

·       high level verbal and written communication skills and strong technology skills

·       your capacity to lead with a servant heart, use your initiative, innovate and honour other leaders
