About the Head of Teaching & Learning position
The Head of Teaching and Learning position presents a unique opportunity for a dynamic and experienced educator to lead and oversee the primary phase, from the Early Learning Centre to Year 6. This pivotal role is set to commence in Tier 2 and involves a full-time, 12-month contract to cover maternity leave. While preference will be given to applicants with experience in a similar capacity, the school is also open to those possessing leadership experience and seeking to advance into a more senior position. As a key figure within the school, the role requires working closely with the Head of Teaching and Learning in the senior school and the Deputy Principal, focusing on fostering a positive and inclusive culture across the entire institution. This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate educator to contribute significantly to the school's educational excellence and community spirit.
Skills & Requirements:
- A teaching load commensurate with experience and expertise, ensuring hands-on involvement in educational delivery.
