What You'll Do:
As a leader across teams, you'll spearhead impactful changes, manage seamless production releases, and facilitate service delivery innovation. Your strategic vision will elevate our practices, adding substantial value across all facets of change, release, and portfolio management.
What You'll Bring:
You'll bring a wealth of expertise in:
- Establishing robust release processes and methodologies, adeptly managing issues and incidents, and leading specialized teams to success.
- Portfolio Management, where your skills will shine as you optimize operating models, implement agile best practices, and ensure alignment with downstream team needs.
- Expertise in portfolio management, change management, professional technology, or product.
- Strong experience in managing product-centric teams and leading them to deliver on complex requirements across product, change, or release management.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering a large, complex digital program of work that is consumer-facing, with significant knowledge of advising on diverse strategic and digital operational issues.
- A track record of continuous delivery of incremental value at scale across multiple digital products in multi-team, multi-business environments.
