As the Head of Workforce management, this role plays a critical role in the implementation of streamlined operational practices, robust standards, and governance to achieve maximum efficiency at a property level.
Reporting to the Property CFO, this role will leverage technology and data analytics, to drive workforce transformation, enabling data-driven decision-making, and real-time compliance management.
This role will oversee the Workforce Planning teams across all Business Units within Crown Perth, ensuring the correct and optimal workforce planning structure is in place.
Key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Implement consistent workforce planning practices standards and controls across the organisation.
- Manage the centralisation of the Workforce Planning team across the business, ensuring the optimal structure is in place and effectively support the business units in the best practices.
- Work closely with Senior Leadership, Finance, P&C and Operations to align the strategic objectives of Crown to workforce planning initiatives.
- Partner with Workforce Planning teams at other property level to drive consistency in the implementation of best practice governance framework, systems, process, and record management.
- Ensure compliance of rostering for all VISA holders and legislative requirements of VISAs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, encouraging team members to stay abreast with industry trends and best practice
- Implement documentation and enforcement of Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) across the organisation.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Extensive experience in in workforce planning, compliance management and governance frameworks.
- Leadership experience, preferable in workforce planning
- Strong negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels and ensure alignment across the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in the successful implementation of complexed change.
- Effective time management skills to deliver timely and accurate targets and initiatives.
