What youll be doing
- In partnership with the Superintendent and members of the Senior Management Team develop and commit to the vision, philosophy and objectives for the Prisons Strategic and annual business plan in line with contract requirements.
- Embed both clinical and corporate governance frameworks and the implementation of systems, processes and effective risk management to ensure an efficient functioning practice
