About the role
We are seeking an all-round administrative superstar to join our Head Office team. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent time management skills, attention to detail and strong ethics around maintaining confidentiality within the role.
In this role your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation of payroll and maintenance of employee records
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Arranging travel (flights, accommodation, car hire)
- Purchasing
- other general administrative duties
Skills and Qualifications
- High level of understanding of Microsoft Office products
- Understanding of WHS policies and procedures
- Payroll experience (desirable)
- Service Industry background (desirable)
