We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our Head Office team.
Role Requirements:
- Picks products for orders from store or backstock, carefully packages merchandise, weighs, labels, and prepares order in timely within 24-48 hours
- Provides excellent customer service. Responds to all inquiries regarding the webstore and in-store pick-up orders.
- Maintains shipping supplies inventory and initiates supply requests in a timely fashion, anticipating periods of elevated sales orders.
- Keeps accurate and up-to-date files on customer sales.
- Notifies management when assistance is needed during periods of increased order volume.
- Regularly assists receiving team members to keep inventory deliveries flowing through the receiving process. This includes unpacking deliveries, verifying counts, inspecting, and reporting damages/discrepancies, and stickering new, incoming store inventory.
- On occasion, this role helps with moving products from one location to another for special merchandising displays including store related events.
Minimum guaranteed 20 hours, with additional hours as required by business.
Experience with Shopify is prefered but not essential.
5 days per week, 9-1pm or 8-12pm.
