As the Australian Health & Safety Advice Manager, you'll take ownership of the telephone advisory service, a critical function that drives their business. With your exceptional communication skills, you'll quickly build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and maximise utilisation. As the Australian Health & Safety Advice Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching, and driving your team to exceptional technical performance.
• Acting as an escalation point on Health and Safety matters, providing expert advice and guidance on WHS issues.
• Conducting regular client interactions via phone to support service delivery.
• Delivering training and support to clients to enhance their understanding of WHS requirements and promote a culture of safety.

From a technical and qualification standpoint, you will have:

• Previous experience working in a commercial organisation as a WHS Generalist or in a role with significant WHS duties.
• Thorough knowledge of current WHS legislation and its application.
• A tertiary-level qualification in WHS (Work Health and Safety) at a Diploma level or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in medium to high-risk industries.
• Recent management experience leading a small team of WHS professionals (advantageous).
