About the Role
An opportunity exists for a Health Care Sales Specialist to work in our Sales Contact Centre.
Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, Contact Centre, we are seeking an individual to provide efficient, courteous customer service and sound information/ advice to CBHS/CBHS Corporate Health prospective members.
What you'll do:
- Inbound and Outbound calling - Conducting inbound and outbound marketing/sales calls to promote CBHS products.
- AchievementofSales Metrics- Assist in the achievement of sales targets for CBHS and CBHS Corporate.
- Achievement of Service Metrics – Assist in the achievement of service targets for CBHS and CBHS Corporate.
- Member engagement – day-to-day proactive management of your prospects across multiple sales channels, ensuring you handle all sales enquiries/interactions, and closing the loop on interactions and being accountable for a world class member experience.
- Pipeline management – managing your pipeline of leads across to ensure efficient service levels, great member experiences and effective use of your time and resources.

Who we’re looking for:
We are searching for an experienced Sales professional (prior Sales experience is a must), with extensive Insurance experience (preferably Private Health Insurance) to join a team of multi-skilled contact centre sales staff. Together, you’ll help create and take care of every aspect of our members’ sales experience, including providing information, providing quotes, and walking the members through the end-to-end sales process.
