An opportunity exists for an Administration Assistant to join our Health Centre Team at the Islamic College of Brisbane. You will be a dynamic team player who is committed to providing excellent service to our students, parents and staff. This is a term-time part-time position, Monday to Friday - hours are 8:00 am to 3:10 pm.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring students and visitors to the Health Centre are greeted and assisted in a professional and timely manner projecting a caring, professional image to students, parents, and staff.
- Efficient and accurate data entry of student information on the School database.
- Providing first aid as required.
- Other reasonable duties as directed by the Manager.
You will be a people person and problem solver with high attention to detail.
Selection Criteria
- Have a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Possess a positive attitude towards new challenges and professional development.
- Experience in using TASS systems, or similar systems.
- Have experience in a school environment (essential).
- Customer service and some previous administration experience.
- Have a strong attention to detail.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Have a genuine care for students and customers.
- Be fully supportive of the Islamic ethos, values and practices of the College.
