• Temporary Part Time (18.75 hours per week) up to 29 November 2024

OverviewJoin our vibrant and enthusiastic Community and Allied Health Team and broaden your administrative experience as you provide high quality reception services to clients and staff.Working under the Health Information Coordinator and accountable to the Clinical Support Team Leader, the Health Information Officer provides efficient and effective reception, initial contact, screening and referrals processing service to clients and staff within the Community and Allied Health Services Division.Duties may include maintenance of client data and medical records, booking of appointments for services, coordinating fleet vehicles and general reception and administrative duties.EligibilityApplicants will be expected to have previous experience in:

• the use of computer applications, including Microsoft Office programs, and in using computerised information systems and data management;
• data entry and administration experience; and
• working in areas where confidentiality must be applied and maintained essential.
