The Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Health Literacy Coordinator to join the team at Northern Health.
This role requires a passion to guide and promote evidence-based care in a patient and family-centric way to improve quality outcomes and equity.
To be successful in this role you will have:

• Related Bachelor's degree
• Relevant health literacy experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Creative, resourceful problem solver
