The Company Take charge of the HSE strategy at this innovative, family-owned wholesale and retail seafood company.  You will be joining a diverse organisation that has over 60 years of operations in the commercial fishing, seafood production and distribution industries, providing employment to over 200 staff across Australia. Their products can be found in many Australian supermarkets, local retail outlets and international markets. The Position The overarching purpose of this role is to drive the development and continuous improvement of a proactive safety culture, that promotes the Safety and wellbeing of all staff. Some of the other key responsibilities include (but not limited to); Working collaboratively with and actively coaching and mentoring operational leaders and other site leaders to increase their knowledge, ownership and engagement regarding the implementation and maintenance of safety plans and programs.
